Inspections

The idea of inviting strangers into your home may feel daunting. Our advice is to prepare your property for the open inspection and then head out for a coffee, taking any pets with you. Potential buyers love to inspect and speak freely to us, and we find that buyers are more open if you are not there.

Weekly Updates

We will contact you every week throughout the campaign to discuss progress, sale strategy and offers. We also provide a comprehensive weekly report, including website hits, marketing campaign status, both positive and negative buyer feedback and prospective buyer status.

Sales Closure

We will make the sale closure smooth and fair by providing clear contract explanations and addressing any questions. Both parties will have the chance to review and adjust the contract as needed. We’ll offer support and ensure all documentation is accurate, aiming for a seamless and positive experience.

Finalising The Sale

Once a buyer has been identified and all terms have been agreed upon, Fullers will work to finalise the transaction. This involves preparing the necessary documentation and ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met and understood by both buyer and seller.

Contract Signing

Both the buyer and the seller will review and sign the final contracts, together with their solicitor, to ensure all terms are clearly understood and agreed upon to further avoid any potential dispute that may take place in the future and prevent any misunderstanding.

Settlement

Fullers coordinates the settlement process, ensuring that funds are transferred securely. This is where the solicitor will be responsible.

Handover

After settlement, Fullers oversees the handover of the property, ensuring that the buyer will receive everything as agreed and that any outstanding issues are resolved.
