As expected from the highs of last week numbers lifted at HRLX.
Overall the heavy cattle were strong with export markets still showing fantastic prices. However mixed results were seen for restocker animals which some showing a brighter market and other softening.
Cows remained strong with the tops making 370.20c/kg only two cents up from last week but a large lift in the overall average of the prime cows. To note these are some of the stronger prices seen across the state. the balance of cows were 175c/kg to 300kg,

200-280kg reached 480.2c/kg (down 12cents) to average 422.97c/kg Up .87cents
280-330kg reached 466.2c/kg (down12 cents) to average 404.88c/kg down 21.88cents
330-400kg reached 450.0c/kg (Even) to average 380.04/kg Down 12.08cents

Heifers
200-280kg reached 364.20c/kg (Down 60.2cents) to average 331.46c/kg down 11 cents
280-330kg reached 394.20c/kg (up 18 cents) to average 332.3c/kg down 1.85 cents
Butcher calves made 424c/kg
