Welcome to Talooby 2025 Autumn Sale
At the time of writing, late April we have had extensive rains throughout Queensland and Northern NSW. The winter scenes assured
to the north and our region patchy at present with some signs of improvement recently.
This sale will not include any females due to a slight change in the way we will offer the heifers. The heifers will be offered P.T.I.C.
with Spring drops in the winter sale and the autumn drops in the spring sale.
The bulls will be by our proven sires (AI & natural) with the addition of “Clunie Range Plantation P392”, a high performing/calving
ease sire. There will be three “T” drop bulls (i.e. older) in the red offering and three Autumn drop “U’ bulls in the black catalogue.
Please note when making your selections, this sale contains an increase in red bull offerings to allow for buyers wanting multiple
bulls. Talooby Angus is prepared to offer a freight rebate to Queensland. (see special conditions, this will apply to the whole
catalogue).
At Talooby we concentrate on longevity by structural soundness and fertility. We aim for balanced traits to produce animals that
meet a range of markets. Talooby bulls offer excellent structure, longevity, fine coats, great temperaments combined with above
average tenderness, excellent stability, fertility and carcass quality (supported by genomics).
A word about feeding and presentation. Our goal is to bring the bulls up on pasture/crop and present the bulls in a condition which
will not impair their fertility or soundness. When feeding becomes necessary (most Autumns) DDG pellets and hay are utilized as a
safe feeding option.
